Our Guarantee We stand behind our quality. If we made a mistake, we will fix it. Period.

Defects & Damaged Items Since we inspect every shirt before it ships, defects are rare. However, if you receive a product with a printing error, a hole, or the wrong design, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges Option A (Strict – Standard for Custom Print Shops):

Because every item is custom printed on demand just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check the size chart on the product page carefully before ordering.

Option B (Friendly – Recommended for Customer Loyalty):

We want you to wear your gear with pride. If you ordered the wrong size, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Cost: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the original item, we will print and ship your new size.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.

  • Washed or worn items (smoke smell, pet hair, etc.).

  • Sale or Clearance items.
